Behind The Design
Sun Cruiser Wood Display
Sun Cruiser wood display was designed to hold 6 pack boxes of the Vodka Iced Tea product. Every successful retail display begins long before it reaches the store floor.
For the Sun Cruiser Wooden Display Rack, our team guided the project from an initial concept sketch to a fully engineered retail fixture designed to attract attention, maximize product visibility, and withstand the demands of high-traffic retail environments.
Our process combines creativity with practical engineering, ensuring every display is as functional as it is visually compelling.
Our Process:
Strategic Design
Every project starts with understanding the brand. We study the product, the retail environment, shopper behavior, and merchandising goals to develop a display that strengthens the brand while driving sales.
CAD Engineering
Once the concept is approved, our engineers create detailed CAD models that define every component, dimension, material, and connection. This allows us to validate structural integrity, manufacturing efficiency, and assembly before production begins.
Photorealistic Rendering
High-quality 3D renderings allow our clients to see exactly how the finished display will look before a single piece is manufactured. Colors, graphics, materials, and proportions can all be refined early in the process, reducing revisions and accelerating approvals.
Prototype Development
We believe every great display should be tested in the real world. Prototypes verify fit, finish, durability, ease of assembly, and overall presentation before moving into full production.
Retail Execution
The final result is a production-ready display engineered for efficient manufacturing, shipping, and in-store assembly. The completed Sun Cruiser rack delivers strong visual impact while providing the durability required for retail environments.
